The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse, administers routine services in caring for sub-acute, chronic and convalescent adult/geriatric residents. This care is rendered in accordance with established policies and procedures. To provide necessary nursing care for the residents of this facility in keeping with the Mission, Vision and Goals of Catholic Health Services of Long Island. Job Details Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensed as an LPN in New York State Licensed as an LPN in New York State Basic computer skills Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of safety and infection control policies. Knowledge of computer systems and/or prior clerical experience preferred. CPR Certified Salary Range USD $31.86 - USD $39.83 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $31.86 - $39.83 per hour/per year. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
