　　Your Responsibilities

　　Develop complex financial models to evaluate the potential impact of program changes on the Choice Privileges and company-wide P&L, working with large datasets in SQL and Excel.

　　Build and refine business cases to drive initiatives forward, securing approval via presentations to executive leadership.

　　Manage day-to-day activities for the reward night program, including the pricing of over 7,000 hotels worldwide and managing reimbursement costs to hotels.

　　Manage revenue streams tied to the sale of points, including Points Plus Cash and Point Accelerator Packages, and utilize revenue management techniques and analysis to maximize performance.

　　Play a major role in defining loyalty program operational and financial goals on a recurring basis.

　　Assist with program budgeting, financial planning, and investment decisions.

　　Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

　　Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics required

　　Master’s degree in related field preferred

　　At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics, revenue management, research, or finance, preferably in the hotel industry or loyalty marketing programs, preferred.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

　　Superior data analytics, measurement, data mining and modeling skills

　　Proficient in SQL

　　Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

　　Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism and integrity

　　Demonstrates key competencies to include cultivating innovation, communicating effectively, and driving results

　　This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, Loyalty Strategy & Transformation. You will have 1 peer teammate and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

　　As our Loyalty Economics Senior Analyst, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.

　　Right now, our associates in corporate headquarters are working in a hybrid environment, up to 4 days per week in the office and virtual from your home office the remaining days.
