Job Title: Material Handler/2nd shift 12pm-9pm/Can start Asap

Job Description

Offloading approximately 800 packages per day sorting, palletizing, and presenting to receivers for processing. You will be on your feet all day traversing a 220,000 sq ft warehouse collecting and replacing recycling/trash containers, sweeping, scrapping labels, and assisting with scrap pallet collection and disposal.

Hard Skills

Unloading incoming freight and ensuring it accurately reflects the shipping manifest

Efficiently storing freight in an organized fashion for intake and receiving

Frequently using reach trucks and forklifts to categorize priority freight receipts

Verifying package quantities prior to scanning them into the system, ensuring accuracy of deliveries

Assembling kitting pallets/carts and transferring them to the kitting operation

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ADDISON, Illinois.

Work Environment

This is a brand new 220,000 sq ft facility that prides itself on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. It is extremely well-lit with large industrial lighting.
