NVIDIA is seeking a Logistics Business domain authority (SME) with business process background as well as hands-on experience building, maintaining, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management Software. This fast-paced individual contributor role involves collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and technology vendors (both IT and business) to ensure the successful implementation, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of our TMS system, master data, and processes. 　　What you'll be doing:

　　Logistics Program Manager will be accountable for maintaining, sustaining, and continuous improvement of NVIDIA’s global TMS software solution, including associated logistics & packaging master data and business processes

　　Proficiency and expertise in SAP TMS elements below:

　　Transportation planning - Routes & scheduling, strategy option carrier selection, freight orders, planning profiles, transportation units and proposals, load planning and consolidations, tendering

　　Transportation master data and configurations - business partners, transportation network, carrier profiles, trade lanes, default routes/route types, mode/methods of transport, transportation resources, schedules/schedule types, freight incompatibilities/constraints

　　Freight calculations, cost distribution coding, settlements/dispute management, and accruals - freight agreements, rate table and calculation sheets using various calculation methods/charge types, charge calculation customizing and assignments, inter/intra company billing/settlements

　　Strategic Freight Procurement - prepare and submit RFQ’s, evaluate responses, and optimize, select, and generate agreements

　　Event Management monitoring, automated exception resolution, and proactive alerting

　　Detailed understanding of building mixed product, layered and consolidated pallets & cartons, including building freight and package units to optimize space and costs

　　Accurate management of centralized logistics master data and documentation (rates, coding, packaging, dangerous goods, approval workflows) and integrity within systems and databases/reporting

　　Develop solutions for improved carton/pallet/container packaging configurations and ensure compliance by factories and distribution centers

　　Coordinate with internal team members and external partners to develop and document detailed business requirement documents and specifications for internal/external parties

　　Build and maintain process control documentation (functionalities and standard methodologies) to improve transportation efficiency and flow of logistics data in internal and external systems

　　Analyze and prepare transportation data/reports and presentations to provide insights and trends to optimize cycle times, costs, and processes

　　Understanding of logistics operational business processes associated with SAP TMS processes and how they align with the organization

　　Assist NV IT group in defining business needs/gaps and resolving system-related and/or master data enhancements/issues for TMS and connections with third-party logistics suppliers (e.g, API/EDI air freight, parcel and road carriers, command center, etc.), including performing and/or coordinating Business UAT testing

　　What we need to see:

　　8+ years hands on experience in building and maintaining SAP S/4HANA TMS (with expertise in international air freight/parcel supplier integration and building mixed/consolidated product pallet shipping within TMS)

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

　　Participation in multiple global TMS SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably leading projects from the business side

　　Apply formal project management skills and tools to effectively coordinate and lead efficient complex timely projects

　　Must be a meticulous collaborator with good organization and interpersonal/written communication skills.

　　Highly independent leader with regular interaction outside organizations

　　The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
