This thriving company is hiring an Administrative Coordinator/Logistics to manage logistics and communication coordination with the sales and commercial teams in their Louisville east end location. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products across global supply chains. This is a full-time, direct hire position for 1st shift - that offers flexible day shift hours (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.) The pay range is $50-55k, with generous benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, paid holidays, 10% annual bonus potential, and extra pay for overtime hours at the end of each month. Highlighted Duties:Coordinate and track the movement of goods through all stages of production, shipment, and delivery.Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.Track sold machine status until final customer delivery.Use Excel to create, maintain, and analyze detailed logistics-related reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.Implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance the logistical operations.Generate Purchase Orders to suppliers. Prepare machine invoicing packets in line with SOX compliance guidelines.Handle all logistic-related documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.Regularly report on logistics performance metrics.Highlighted Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred OR 2 years of related experience.Minimum of 2 years of administration experience in an office setting required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to produce detailed reports and perform advanced functions.Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Solid experience with ERP systems, ideally with implementation or optimization exposure.Experience in a sales based organization is preferred.Proven experience in inventory management.Extremely detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.Ability to be flexible, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Must maintain a professional attitude and have good relations with co-workers.
