This thriving company is hiring an Administrative Coordinator/Logistics to manage logistics and communication coordination with the sales and commercial teams in their Louisville east end location. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products across global supply chains. This is a full-time, direct hire position for 1st shift - that offers flexible day shift hours (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.) The pay range is $50-55k, with generous benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, paid holidays, 10% annual bonus potential, and extra pay for overtime hours at the end of each month. Highlighted Duties:Coordinate and track the movement of goods through all stages of production, shipment, and delivery.Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.Track sold machine status until final customer delivery.Use Excel to create, maintain, and analyze detailed logistics-related reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.Implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance the logistical operations.Generate Purchase Orders to suppliers. Prepare machine invoicing packets in line with SOX compliance guidelines.Handle all logistic-related documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.Regularly report on logistics performance metrics.Highlighted Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred OR 2 years of related experience.Minimum of 2 years of administration experience in an office setting required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to produce detailed reports and perform advanced functions.Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Solid experience with ERP systems, ideally with implementation or optimization exposure.Experience in a sales based organization is preferred.Proven experience in inventory management.Extremely detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.Ability to be flexible, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Must maintain a professional attitude and have good relations with co-workers.
