　　The Role – Manufacturing Operator

　　Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Logistics Operative: -

　　Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas by hand, hand truck, or electric hand truck.Kit materials for delivery for the manufacturing line - As & when required support any other duties that may be required to support the manufacturing facility

　　Carry out 5S inspections

　　Ensure EHS best practice and fully align to GE EHS

　　The Person

　　Good general standard of education.

　　Demonstrated experience in material handling.

　　Skills and Experience:

　　Knowledge of computerized stores management systems (Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial)

　　Knowledge of Kanban / FIFO systems desirable

　　Forklift truck operator certificate

　　Counter-Balance/Aisle Master License desirable

　　Multi-Directional (Combi) License desirable

　　Specific Abilities:

　　Interpersonal and communication skills

　　Self-motivating, proactive and results driven approach

　　Able to work to deadlines with good quality

　　Proficient in the English language, written and verbal. Other languages are bonus
