　　We are looking for :

　　A Logistics & Operations Officer for the Moerdijk manufacturing plantWe count on you for :

　　You are contributing to Safe and Efficient operation of the Moerdijk plant.

　　You enjoy working in a production team

　　You maintain close cooperation with Production

　　Achieving a high plant utilization by timely arranging raw materials, products despatch and optimised production scheduling

　　Achieving zero Harm to People and the Environment

　　Preparing the different documents linked to transport, export and customs

　　Finding and communicating the information regardig documents, deliveries and conditions in collaboration with colleagues and customs

　　Solve comlaints from clients regarding their order

　　Preparing complaints regarding shippingagents

　　Finalising claims

　　Verifying and comparing invoices

　　Monitoring and reporting KPI's

　　Tasks related to the short-time planning of the productionprocess (eg availability of the raw materials), within the masterplannign (S&OP)

　　To plan orders and follow the production planning

　　To check the volume of demand in regards to the actual capacity

　　To defend the planning during different meetings (to explain the consequences and propose alternatives)

　　To create and distribute the production orders for the department

　　To verify the progress of production and stock

　　To check the availability of the needed materials

　　To account for the accuracy of the delivery time

　　To follow-up on questions of the carrier regarding planning, deliverires, ...

　　To process in- and outgoing deliveries and signal deviations
