　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Manager III to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

　　Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

　　Supervising logistics staff and consulting on the implementation and sustainment of IT and autonomous inventory management systems.

　　Developing plans and processes to analyze data, identify and reduce excess inventory, increase allowances, and spare quantities for all assets.

　　Reviewing and approving standard and ad hoc reports for management from logistics-related systems as required.

　　Directing and consulting with Logistics Analysis on best approaches to provide supply activities for the requisition, receipt, storage, shipment and issue of parts, materials, and equipment required for the development, deployment, installation, and operation of IT Systems that are within scope of the Maverick Tasks.

　　Conducting site assessments to identify problems and assist the NSIN and its mission partners with determining what IT elements are needed for system implementation.

　　Consulting with NSIN and mission partners and collaborating with SMEs on the most applicable types and uses of state-of-the-art commercial items needed for projects that enable full system development support for machinery and installation of logistics software to modernize DoD efforts to improve supply chain management processes for procurement, inventory, and distribution management to achieve globally responsive, sustainable, and cost-effective logistics and material readiness.

　　Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining talented Logistics Analysts to provide a quality logistics management service. They are accountable for the quality of services and deliverables of the logistics staff.

　　Providing point-to-point coordination of IT delivery between departure and arrival destinations for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

　　*This position may require 20% to 30% domestic and international travel.*

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or a related discipline AND 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, or related discipline.

　　Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.

　　Experience in data, project, and time management.

　　Experience with problem-solving skills, logistics data analytics, and metrics collection, and reporting.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
