Yourprimary objective will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction,promote a positive work environment, and drive salon performance. You willoversee a team of professional groomers and support staff, ensuring theydeliver excellent grooming services while maintaining the salon'scleanliness and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership,exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for animals.This position is a role in the Grooming Salon Accelerator program. The programaims to revitalize underperforming salons and drive sales growth. You will beresponsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, building and leading ateam of grooming partners and driving exceptional customer experiences. Duringthe 90 program period, this position will receive a competitive fixed wage.Upon l completion of the program period, you will be eligible to transitionto a Grooming Salon Leader with an incentive-based compensation structure.

Salon Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day operations of the grooming salon, ensuring smooth andefficient workflows.Coordinate grooming appointments, manage scheduling, and optimize groomingcapacity.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Monitor and manage salon inventory, including grooming supplies

　　Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of groomers and support staff.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to salonteam members.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamworkand professional growth.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance grooming skills and stay up todate with industry trends.

　　Customer Service and Relationship Building:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries,concerns, and requests.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring theirsatisfaction and loyalty.Proactively resolve any customer issues or complaints related to groomingservices.Utilize customer feedback to improve salon operations and enhance the overallcustomer experience.

　　Quality Assurance and Safety Standards:Ensure grooming services adhere to Petco's quality and safety standards.Perform quality checks to maintain grooming excellence and consistency.Stay updated on industry grooming techniques trends, and best practices.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring a safe andcomfortable environment for pets and staff.

　　Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor salon performance metrics, including revenue, groomingappointments, and customer satisfaction.Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas of improvement and developaction plans.Collaborate with the store management team to meet sales targets and salonobjectives.Implement strategies to drive salon growth, increase customer base, andenhance profitability.
