Clinical Logistics Coordinator I

　　Responsibilities:

　　Under the oversight of the IPM ensures the day-to-day processing of CSU IP inventory as per local SOPs and procedures

　　Coordinates and collates the receipt, storage, inventory, shipment, acknowledgement of receipt, return, reconciliation and destructions of IMP/non-IMP with the Warehouse, Study Monitoring Teams, CSMs and external partners

　　Ensures the local study files owned by the IP Manager are complete as per local SOPs and are audit ready

　　Monitor IP tracking tables (IPTTs) or CSMS (Clinical Supply Management System) to ensure ongoing completion by monitoring teams by shipment and receipt, return and destruction

　　Activity also involves tracking temperature excursions. Provide data entry support as needed for both IPTT&CSMS

　　Support reading of temperature monitoring devices and printing of reports

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree

　　1- 2 years of experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including clinical monitoring experience
