Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our company. This individual will play a crucial role in the overall supply chain management, striving to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the logistics function, including inbound/outbound freight scheduling, transportation, and inventory control.

Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure a smooth process.

Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of goods.

Efficiently solve problems related to transportation and logistics systems.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and shipment records.

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to transportation and storage.

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in logistics or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
