As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our terminal. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholders, overseeing daily tasks, optimizing service quality, and fostering a collaborative environment for sustained growth.

Provide high-level customer service
Driver support
Pickup carrier management
Pickup report management
Coordinate with the dock supervisor and provide support for a successful daily dock launch
Open Job Report Management
Pickup dispatch management
Assign B2B / B2C
Manually build jobs when needed
Provide ETAs when requested
Ad-hoc delivery/pickup coverage
Attend weekly operations meeting
Tracking/Tracing
Input rate adjustments
What You’ll Need
Great communication skills and ability to think on your feet
Demonstrable skills in customer support and satisfaction
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technology
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasks
