Job Tasks and Duties Mange email inbox for orders Enter orders into the database. Route orders to appropriate BlueSky facility Place orders with outside vendors when needed. Arrange delivery with various shipping companies. Reconcile shipping invoices with freight estimated provided by freight companies. Maintain order and shipping EXCEL spreadsheets. Manage National Account customers. Answer incoming calls. Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking Attention to detail and accuracy. Follow through. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a must Communication - written and verbal. Highly organized Problem solving and critical thinking.
