　　Join our team at Robert Half as a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various aspects of logistics operations for a company operating in an international or multicultural environment. We are seeking a dynamic individual to ensure efficient transportation, distribution, and inventory management while effectively communicating with stakeholders in multiple languages.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate Logistics Operations:

　　Plan, organize, and oversee the transportation of goods and materials to meet customer demands and deadlines.

　　Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to optimize delivery schedules and routes.

　　Monitor and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and adherence to quality standards.

　　Proactively identify and implement solutions to resolve any issues or delays in transportation.

　　Inventory Management:

　　Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.

　　Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

　　Monitor inventory turnover, lead times, and order quantities to optimize levels and minimize costs.

　　Cross-Functional Collaboration:

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.

　　Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party service providers for compliance and cost-effective logistics solutions.

　　Participate in meetings, provide insights, and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications and Skills:

　　Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

　　Prior experience working with tariff codes and imports/exports from Mexico.

　　Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.

　　Fluency in English and proficiency in the Spanish language (written and spoken).

　　Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and supply chain management principles.
