SummaryAs a Logistics Coordinator at DSV, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, materials, and products from suppliers to customers. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure that shipments are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications. You will also be responsible for tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, and resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customersCommunicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specificationsPrepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs documentationTrack shipments and manage inventory levelsResolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipmentsMaintain accurate records of all shipping transactionsMonitor transportation costs and work to minimize expensesStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Educational background / Work experienceA bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.Experience working in a transportation or logistics company is a plus.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $20.00- $27.00 / Hourly.
