RH is offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Logistics Clerk in Georgetown, Kentucky. As a vital part of this company's team, the Logistics Clerk will be responsible for a range of tasks related to dispatching, data entry, and customer service in the logistics industry. This opening is for a 2nd or 3rd shift opening---4pm-12am schedule or 12am-8am schedule. Apply today to be considered!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries effectively and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Handle dispatching tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of logistics processes.

• Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving, maintaining accuracy at all times.

• Deliver excellent customer service within a call center environment.

• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely and efficient logistics and distribution.

• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.

• Ensure all logistics and distribution tasks are handled in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements • Proven experience in Dispatching is essential for this role.

• Proficiency in Data Entry is a vital requirement.

• Demonstrable knowledge of the Logistics Industry is a must.

• Previous experience with Call Center Customer Service is necessary.

• Familiarity with Freight Carriers is a significant advantage.

• Understanding of Logistics Distribution processes is required.
