　　Responsibilities

　　What You'll Do:

　　Provide logistics support and translation services in support of the Japanese Ministry of Defense

　　Secret Clearance required.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　The candidate will provide logistics support to ATLA in support of the Japanese Military.

　　Creating reports and following up on reconciliation between billing statements and shipping documents, inquiring about problems with reconciliation, shipping, billing, and procurement in general, etc.

　　Assist in resolving problems related to FMS cases from Case development through to Case Closure.

　　Assist in resolving problems related to logistics issues that involve lost or missing material, misdirected shipments, frustrated requisition status, and financial discrepancies.

　　Provide Japanese to English-translation services.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Education:

　　College degree preferred but not required. One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.

　　Experience:

　　Must have at least three (3) years experience with logistics support

　　Fluency in the Japanese language is required.

　　Functionally skilled in Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

　　Other Requirements:

　　Secret ClearanceSkills and Technology Used

　　Knowledge of Government Supply procedures.Software:

　　Microsoft Office Suite

　　Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.
