SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The LogRolling Instructor will be responsible for planning and teaching logrolling classes at The Salvation Army Kroc Center. Prepareprogressive lesson plans which will enhance the experience of programparticipants. Evaluate student learning, and record progress. Provideregular and timely evaluation feedback to students and parents (ifapplicable). Assist Aquatics Manager and Coordinator with planning andexecution of Log Rolling tournaments and other special events. Completerecords and reports in a timely manner and return them to the AquaticsManager and/or Aquatics Coordinator. Educate patrons and enforce allpool rules. Participate in designated staff training and professionaldevelopment courses, including regular in-service training sessions.Ensure the attractive appearance, function and general upkeep of theaquatics facilities including equipment and furnishings.
