Will assist General Manager in the creation and implementation of in-restaurant and community marketing plans.

　　As a Local Restaurant Marketer your job includes:

　　· Assisting in all types of marketing events inside and outside of the restaurant!

　　· Reaching out to members of the community through calls and visits to plan Give Back Nights, catering, and other events

　　· Working with Area Director and OTB Management to review and plan future Local Restaurant Marketing efforts

　　· Chipping! Visit local businesses and share the glory of On The Border Chips & Salsa with the world

　　· Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities

　　· Ability, on a consistent basis, to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members

　　· Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members

　　· Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction

　　· Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
