Description

　　We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our client's team as a Loan Closing Support Specialist.

　　As a Loan Closing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of the loan process. You will work closely with our loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient closing experience. Your responsibilities will include:

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to gather required documentation for loan closing.

　　Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

　　Communicate with clients to address any outstanding documentation or information needed for closing.

　　Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate the closing process.

　　Prepare closing packages and coordinate the signing of documents with clients.

　　Ensure all closing conditions are met before funding is finalized.

　　Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the closing process.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　At least 1 year of administrative/office experience

　　Exposure to loan closing documents is a plus

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination software.
