Ensure food safety, quality and legality.Responsible for loading and unloading trucksHandle pallets, boxes, labels and required equipment properlyClean, maintain and organize the required equipment, area and trailers properlyScan and prepare product for shipmentPalletize product from production and outside sourcesAssist in other departmental areas as neededPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day;free use of hands and free-range of arm movement;ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day;ability to safely walk to and in the plant;ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments;ability to work in all weather conditions;ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds;ability to work in cold temperatures (usually 0-45 degrees Fahrenheit)
