Description

　　A growing mid-sized civil firm in north Seattle is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to add to their team. This role would support 2-3 attorneys on real estate disputes and a variety of other civil litigation matters.

　　The salary range for this role is 62-100K DOE with additional discretionary bonus earnings. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance (all premiums 100% paid by the firm); participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match and 10 days of paid vacation to start, 1 hour of paid sick leave per 40 hours worked, and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in Washington State

　　Previous experience supporting multiple attorneys

　　Experience tracking your own billable hours

　　Proven ability to draft, prepare and proofread pleadings, correspondence, discovery and other legal documents

　　E-filing in various counties such as King, Snohomish and Pierce

　　Proactive calendar management and scheduling for attorneys

　　Open to providing other administrative support as needed to support Legal Assistant staff
