Litigation Attorney (HYBRID REMOTE - Must be in the Territory Approximately 4 Months/As Needed Basis - St. Croix). Busy Plaintiffs' practice seeks applications for a full-time Litigation Attorney. Attorney Applicants should be Plaintiff-oriented and passionate about protecting the rights of Virgin Islanders. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of practice experience. Law firm and/or judicial clerkship (Attorney) experience is strongly preferred. Applicant must be a licensed Virgin Islands Attorney or able to become licensed within six (6) months of hire. Position requires assigned case management, written discovery and depositions. Applicant must have strong research, writing and analytical skills, an aptitude for identifying legal issues, brief writing experience. Employment will be fully contingent upon satisfactory completion of a thorough, pre-hire, conflicts check and upon the resolution of all possible conflicts. Salary commensurate with experience.
