　　Responsibilities:

　　Maintenance of the Linux environment including patching

　　Diagnose of customer problems in environments forwarded from technical support teams, resolution via workaround or repair measures using remote technology

　　Interface to product development for problem escalation, root cause analysis and problem resolution verification

　　Support of technical engineers and partners to provide efficient and competent service to reach high customer satisfaction

　　Escalation handling and coordination of technical support and development, participation in standby shifts 24x7

　　Interface for quality issues and product maintenance requirements, tracking of enhancements in support and development

　　Consults in the tender stage as a technical expert in projects

　　Provides improvement ideas and executes them

　　Takes ownership and provides expertise to resolve technical problems for IT systems or Linux infrastructure solutions

　　Promotes and drives knowledge sharing

　　Required skills:

　　Proficiency in Linux server system administration, management and tools (Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux)

　　Good knowledge of Ansible, Satellite

　　Understanding of ITSM tools, ITIL knowledge

　　Self-motivated, team player with great communication skills and business understanding

　　Ability to lead projects, high sense of ownership

　　Verbal and Written English including Technical Vocabulary

　　Knowledge nice to have:

　　OVM, OLVM

　　Experience with running projects

　　Passionate about sharing knowledge
