About Line Leader II

　　主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities :

　　负责自动化设备和包装机正常运行和简单调试；

　　负责组装车间的人员安全、产品品质、产量管控；

　　根据生产计划安排生产，按时完成每班的产量及HPU目标；

　　完成生产前后清场、生产文件、车间各类记录本、批记录等各项复核工作；

　　生产现场监督管理，生产过程中出现的各类产品质量问题或偏差按相关文件要求及时处理，并及时、真实向生产主管汇报；

　　对于生产过程中发生的质量隐患及时向生产主管汇报；

　　依据SOP对班组成员进行生产操作工艺、质量控制方面的技能培训；

　　对组员的工作表现给予反馈、协助生产班长对员工的绩效进行评估；

　　检查生产人员的工作，确保生产人员按SOP要求进行操作；

　　当班人员离职率管控；

　　完成生产主管委派的各项工作；

　　任职条件 Qualifications :

　　高中及以上学历（全日制大专学历优先）

　　3-5年生产管理经验，20人以上的生产团队管理经验。

　　具有一定的基本电脑操作技能

　　具有一定的组织管理能力，热爱本职工作。

　　具有良好的执行力，较强的组织、协调和沟通能力。

　　有较好的质量意识和较强的工作责任心。
