　　We're seeking a Laboratory & Lean Special Process Intern at our Pomigliano d'Arco site!

　　Job Description

　　Essential Responsibilities

　　Provide adequate support to industrialization and production via preliminary set-up tests and final issue of technical process data sheet for product qualification

　　Support Special Processes auditing either internal either at supplier facilities according to applicable regulation requirements and according to the AvioAero Audit Plan required by Customers/Partners/NADCAP etc.

　　Support compilation/issue/updating of reference specification for the AvioAero processes

　　WGM UG tool use for data card uploading

　　Verification and updating of Lab procedures and Key Parameters definition of welding and Th Spray process

　　Study of Customer requirements (Drawing, Specifications)

　　Lab procedures verification and updating

　　Set up key process parameters of machines in the shop

　　Lean process implementation in the Lab

　　Study of process flows

　　Lean Transformation of Lab workplace

　　Lean Transformation of flows Lab to internal Customer and viceversa

　　Standard Work

　　Periodic Meetings with Manufacturing/Quality/Engineering teams

　　Daily meetings and collaboration with Lean team

　　Qualifications/Requirements

　　Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering or other suitable discipline from an accredited University or College

　　Understanding of working principles of aviation propulsion systems

　　Mechanical aptitude (i.e. understanding of mechanical processes).

　　Knowledge of technical drawings

　　Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Power Point

　　Fluent in Italian and English

　　EU Work Permit

　　Desired Characteristics

　　Knowledge of machining / fabricating and/or assembly and test processes

　　Strong oral and written communication skills

　　Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
