　　Capital City Club - Crabapple is searching for a dedicated, self-motivated, and collaborative individual to join our Culinary Department as a Line Cook. This role offers great cross-training opportunities, especially on sauté and grill stations.

　　Our culinary schedule is unique, with the kitchen open from 7 am to 7 pm daily, except during special events. Your typical 8-hour workday will conveniently fall within this timeframe.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Set up your station following restaurant guidelines.

　　Prepare all food items with precision and hygiene in mind.

　　Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant.

　　Restock items as needed during your shift.

　　Keep your station clean and organized, emphasizing safety and sanitation.

　　Understand and efficiently use all equipment in your station.

　　Qualifications

　　Proficiency in professional cooking, recipe execution, and line cooking.

　　Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

　　At least 1 year of scratch cooking experience.

　　Strong English language and professional communication skills.

　　Team player with the ability to thrive under pressure.

　　Problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.

　　Dedication to delivering quality service and culinary expertise.

　　Comfort with standing throughout the entire shift.

　　Occasional exposure to environmental factors like cold, heat, and water.

　　Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 35 pounds regularly.

　　Ability to understand basic cooking directions, as this is a member-facing role.
