　　Schedule:

　　Full-Time: 40 hours per week: Ability to be flexible with the schedule and ability to work on the weekends.

　　Hourly Rate: $17.00 to $20.00 (Based on Experience)

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved.

　　Directs and assists in daily scheduled cleaning duties of the department ensuring compliance with established sanitary and infection control standards.

　　Must be able to read and understand residents’ diets requirements

　　Trains and direct Dietary Aids

　　Communicate resident likes and dislikes to Executive Chef for menu planning purposes and resident satisfaction.

　　Job Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Previous experience preferred; experience in Assisted Living a plus.

　　Strong organization and time management skills

　　Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs

　　This is primarily a standing position where an employee may be required to stand in one place for extended periods of time.

　　Able to build positive and strong relationships with supervisors, coworkers and residents.

　　Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service

　　Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities

　　Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate.
