　　Job Summary/Description:

　　WWSB-TV, the Gray-owned ABC affiliate in Sarasota, FL is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Producer for "The Suncoast View", a daily live talk show heavily focused on local news topics, events, and organizations. A successful candidate will help coordinate all aspects of the live broadcast and digital coverage with sponsored and non-sponsored content. The producer, along with the SCV team, is responsible for booking segments, assembling a daily rundown, and managing the live show in the broadcast booth. Youll be expected to edit video and create graphics using station systems. This is a highly collaborative role with the on-air hosts and a skilled production team. It requires staying up to date about what is happening on the Suncoast. 　　Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Working with News Managers, Hosts/Producers, and Production Team to create, execute, and evolve daily hour-long broadcastsParticipating in formal and informal planning meetings, evaluating potential topics for coverageMaintaining and confirming story/segment calendar, coordinating guests using phone calls and emailHelping select, showcase, and write content for broadcast and digital productsMaking graphics, maps, and lower thirds for all stories and segmentsWriting copy, clip video, and posts to digital and social platformsEditing video for playback in live showCoordinating and helping execute multi-camera field productions, including live remote broadcastsAssists with newsroom producing duties as assigned for News Specials, Breaking News and First Alert Weather coverage.Qualifications/Requirements:
