　　Responsibilities:Facilitate communications with the Laboratory, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, etc to define testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scopeClose working relationship with Business Development and Marketing to define program scope and support contract execution for both Customer testing programs and internal Marketing projectsCreate, execute, and track program details, identify potential roadblocks early on and define risk mitigationManage and maintain business relationship with customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions (occasional face to face meetings required). Ability to develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer serviceOversee the development of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirementsAbility to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platformSupport inventory management, including but not limited to, evaluating min/ max levels, reviewing and implementing design changes, reporting monthly usage and costsPerforms other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership

　　Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Life or Natural Sciences discipline2-4 years of project management activities within the life sciences industry

　　Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of Genomics and technologyExperience working on a global landscape is preferredDetail oriented, ability to plan/ prioritize, and organization skillsAbility to successfully multitaskExperience working in a diverse, global environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem solving, ability to identify and resolve conflicts
