We are hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our team in Fresno, CA!

　　SUMMARY

　　This is an outpatient clinic serving Adults, Older Adults, Perinatal, Children ages 4-17 years old. We staff nurses at 2 locations in Fresno County. There is a Clozaril Lab, Injection room, Triage Calling, and prescriber support providing a nursing assessment, V/s, HT, WT, med refills, and other needs as they come up.

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　At least 1 year of experience

　　Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by the State of California

　　Active Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)

　　Active IV Certification for Phlebotomy

　　Behavioral and Mental Health Experience, preferred, will accept other nursing experience

　　Must pass drug tests, background screen, and live scans

　　DETAILS

　　Local Pay Note: Locals reside within 50 miles from the facility.

　　$32/hour

　　Travel Pay Note: To qualify as a traveler, healthcare provider must have a permanent tax address that is more than 50 miles from the facility.

　　Total Weekly Travel Package = $1,700

　　Taxable Wages = $640

　　Lodging Allowance = $600

　　Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $460

　　*Based upon qualifying for the position, qualifying for allowances, and the availability of similar opportunities. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances. Total pay is based on an ESTIMATED number of hours

　　40 hours guaranteed

　　Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

　　Orientation will take 4 weeks, possibly longer
