Description:
Application Administrator to maintain an application with the specific needs of a department. This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote days. The administrator will be responsible for maintaining users, troubleshooting problems, proactively finding solutions to improve their application experience. The administrator will also advise and educate end users on application features and changes.
Required:
1-3 years of working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting an enterprise application
An understanding of the CityWorks application.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a customer facing environment.
Able to work directly with other IT and non-IT personnel, gather requirements and create effective solutions.
Proven experience with application upgrades.
SQL Experience
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working with an ITMS ticketing system.
Proven ability to provide guidance and assist end users.
Strong customer service orientation
Preferred
Administrative experience with CityWorks
GIS Experience
PowerBI Experience
Understanding of ITIL concepts
Ability to monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or related degree / work experience
A combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Elevated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Technical Certification(s).
