We are a smallpractice that supports neurodivergent individuals (children and adults)and other related disabilities, trauma, and mental health disorders(anxiety, depression, OCD). Ideal candidates are self-motivated and haveexperience working with individuals and their families within their homeand community. The work requires some eveningtimes (at least 8+ client billable hours after 4:00pm per week) anddaytime hours. You make your own schedule. Maintain confidentiality ofrecords relating to clients\' treatment. Encourage clients to expresstheir feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, helpingthem to develop insight into themselves or their relationships. Assesspatients for risk of suicide attempts. Prepare and maintain all requiredtreatment records and reports. Counsel clients or patients, individuallyor in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting tolife, or making changes. Guide clients in the development of skills orstrategies for dealing with their problems. Fill out and maintainclient-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms,client diagnostic records, and progress notes. Develop and implementtreatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Modifytreatment activities or approaches as needed to comply with changes inclients\' status. Evaluate clients\' physical or mental condition, basedon review of client information.
