　　The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery as a member of the care team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Provides individualized, direct patient care to promote restoration of health and achievement of patient health goals.

　　Position Requirements

　　Licensed Practical Nurse vocational or technical training or degree. Licensed to practice as a nurse (LPN) in the state of Georgia or have an active Multi-State LPN Compact License. Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).

　　Preferred Requirements

　　2 years or more of experience in as an LPN.
