　　Position Summary

　　The Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) provides direction and support for human welfare and social programs or services. The LPN will address clinical/medical services and support psychological and health enhancement services. This position provides general nursing care to patients.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Education:

　　Associate’s Degree preferred.

　　Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the state of Georgia.

　　Must be CPR certified.

　　Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Previous OB/ GYN experience.

　　It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 Vaccination prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
