Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSITANT (OA) in the Adjutant's Office of RECRUIT TRAINING REGIMENT. Responsibilities You will organize and maintain files and records, manuals, handbooks, and other related material required for efficient operation of the office. You will maintain duplicate records at command relocation sites adequate to support command emergency action and mission essential functions. You will oversee the conduct of all Meritorious Promotion Boards and all special selection boards, to include Enlisted to Warrant Officer and Officer accession programs. You will receive and review correspondence in both hard copy and by electronic mail, and serve as Directorate Correspondence Quality Control Coordinator. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: establishing and executing procedures to identify, use, and protect essential records needed to meet operational responsibilities under a security emergency or disaster conditions on behalf of the organization. GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in establishing and executing procedures to identify, use, and protect essential records needed to meet operational responsibilities under a security emergency or disaster conditions on behalf of the organization.
