Redeemer Health Care Center, a 5-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. In addition to our generous benefits, we're offering up to a $7,500 Bonus and NEW increased wages of $29.25 to $33.95 / hour!

　　We are conveniently located on the bus line for an easy commute and offer off-street parking. 

　　There are Full-Time and Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working 8 hour shifts. 

　　Full-Time Shifts:  Days (6:30am to 3:00pm)

　　Part-Time Shifts:  Days (6:30am to 3:00pm) and Evenings (2:30pm to 11:00pm)

　　Full-Time is eligible for a $7,500 Bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus.

　　We are also excepting On-Call LPNs who will receive an additional $3 / hour on top of base pay!

　　Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: 

　　Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

　　Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.

　　Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

　　Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

　　Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

　　Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

　　Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

　　Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skills and Requirements:

　　Current Minnesota LPN license required.

　　CPR certified preferred or willing to get

　　Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

　　Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

　　Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
