The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible forproviding assigned aspects of patient care in accordance with theestablished plan of care and under the general direction of a RegisteredNurse. Delegated assignments to this position will be based onorientation completion and competency proof. Qualifications include:Associate Degree, a Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing Program.Current license by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in the State ofWisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing, and currentBLS certification. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training is requiredevery two years.
