　　Urgently Hiring LPNs for one of NY's largest healthcare organization, tremendous room for growth

　　Job Duties:

　　Medication administration

　　Patient documentation into Sigma Care EMR system

　　Wound care

　　Working with a team of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

　　ADLs

　　Patient education

　　Shift:

　　Day - 6am - 2pm

　　Eve - 2pm - 10pm

　　Night - 10pm - 6am

　　Qualifications:

　　NYS LPN License

　　BLS

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
