Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independent or Associate-level counselors (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Salt Lake City, UT

　　Our team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics across multiple states. As a provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber who share our commitment to providing high-quality psychiatry and therapy services.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting on-site in Skilled Nursing Facilities and virtually via telehealth software.

　　Complete documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMS (Athena I).

　　Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

　　Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, W2 and Independent Contract Provider options available.

　　Requirements

　　Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Utah licensure as LCSW, LMFT, CMHC or related associates/intern level licensure.

　　Possession of, or ability to obtain a NPI (National Provider Identifier).

　　Professional Liability Insurance.

　　Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!

　　TB Test.

　　CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

　　Skills:

　　Basic computer knowledge.

　　Excellent written communication.

　　Attention to detail.

　　Strong interpersonal skills.

　　Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.

　　Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS!

　　$24.00 to $44.00 per Billable Hour. W2 and Independent Contractor options are available.
