This position is for a Level 3 Principal Project Manager or Level 4 Senior Principal Project Manager located on site in Clearfield, Utah, who will be supporting the Strategic Business Operations and Integration team. The candidate is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day activities and aspects of ongoing projects within Non-Contractual Technical Activities (NCTA). The candidate will serve as the liaison between Strategic Business Operations management, business development lead, project investigators, proposal managers and other functional areas. This individual should possess strong team building skills, organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player.
Specific duties will include, but not limited to:Managing multiple activities within NCTA, business metrics, business reviews and division support functionsCoordinates the preparation of operating budgets with project leads and business development to discuss budgets, actuals, forecasting, and meeting execution milestonesSuccessful execution of NCTA financial performance, including tracking & management of internal funding, cost performance, and schedule managementTranslate organizational objectives and strategies into project level tactics and adapt to changing directionExecution of wide array of project tasks independently, developing creative solutions, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and handle variable workloadDevelopment and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools (as required)Thorough risk & opportunity management to include identification, mitigation, and realizationAnalysis program performance in internal reporting systemsProvide management and organization to leads on all NCTA activities This position may be filled as either a Level 3 Principal Project Manager or Level 4 Senior Principal Project Manager.

Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000
Salary Range 2: $95,000 - $142,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
