　　-Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures

　　-Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers, laptops andphones.

　　-Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues andtroubleshooting activities

　　-Take user support requests and take measures to fulfill requests

　　-Handle periodic maintenance of hardware and software

　　-Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and otherperipherals

　　-Take telephone calls from users and attempt to assist them with theirinformation technology questions and problems

　　-Handle IT-related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies areavailable

　　-Provide users with ongoing assistance in their information technologyproblems

　　Position Type/Expected Hours of Work.

　　This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Mondaythrough Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be requiredto satisfy customer demands.
