Your opportunity
Act as the Product Owner for Agile team across the globe
Collaborate with stakeholders (business sponsor, SMEs, development teams and IT departments) to ensure goals are clear and aligned to business objectives
Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the business while adhering to company strategy
Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for agile teams to implement
Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning in partnership with the scrum team
Communicate with stakeholders so they understand when key features will be available
Communicate and analyze product features, functionality and outcome with clarity, via demos and ensure that feedback loops are in place
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance across all deliveries and product enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the correction (or not) of defects
Participate and facilitate, as required, in the scrum ceremonies, evaluate project/product progress, and communicate status & risks appropriately
Collaborate with teams to develop and implement training and communications that allow stakeholders to better understand the products and associated changes

Must have skills
Strong understanding corporate functions and capabilities within an asset management firm
Experience leading products leveraging cloud data technologies (e.g. Snowflake) and enterprise data strategies
In-depth understanding of Agile process and principles
Expert in driving work breakdown structures that enable high speed to market
Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving and analytic skills
Excellent organizational, time management and decision-making skills
Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders, with emphasis on empathy, professionalism, and diplomacy
Experience leading within a global organization
Strong transformational leadership skills with proven ability to lead through change
Nice to have skills
Bachelor’s Degree
CSPO certification required, CSP-PO
Previous Product Owner experience
Experience in the Financial, and/or Software sectors
