About the Role

　　This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work with a fun, high-performing, close-knit legal team working on cutting-edge legal technology and legal operations.

　　The Legal Operations Intern will assist/work with the Head of Legal Ops in managing day-to-day legal operations projects and participating in special projects as requested by Head of Legal Ops and VP Commercial/AGC.

　　In this role, you can expect to learn how to...

　　Develop a basic understanding of the emerging fields of legal technology and legal operations and how they are applied to a global high-growth technology company.

　　Participate in projects on Contracts management, CLM, and contract data analytics, including learning about CLM tools, pulling data/reports from various internal tools, and preparing/reporting Executive Dashboards;

　　Understand and participate in maturity model assessments for the legal team using the CLOC 12 maturity models, including conducting interviews, writing assessments, and presenting recommendations;

　　Assist in the review and preparation of contract playbooks, including GenAI-enabled digital playbooks in CLM, in partnership with commercial attorneys, contract managers, and the Head of Legal Ops;

　　Assist with producing cross-functional educational material for other departments within the organisation, including learning/training presentations and maintaining knowledge management materials on Confluence;

　　Assist in documenting business requirement documents, RFCs, RFPs, and UAT testing of new tools/applications;

　　Law students can further assist in day-to-day research projects on international commercial contracts, privacy laws, and other related areas of business.

　　Strong interest in learning about process improvement techniques and operational excellence as a discipline.

　　Basic Data-Analysis-Skills using Gsheets and MS Excel

　　Strong interest in learning about new technologies like CLM, Gen AI, Ediscovery Tools, Outside Counsel Management Tools.
