　　Your opportunity

　　Responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of derivative, investment and trading matters as they relate to Janus Henderson’s asset management matters globally

　　Advise on, review and negotiate a variety of trading documentation, primarily ISDA Master Agreements, but also including Exchange Traded Derivatives Agreements, OTC Clearing Agreements, Master Confirmations, IFEMAs, Prime Brokerage Agreements and ISDA protocol adherences

　　Advise on appropriate trading terms for a variety of proprietary funds and external segregated mandates, spanning multiple jurisdictions and corporate structures, with external counsel advice where necessary

　　Support the legal workstream on regulatory change projects, fund launches and provide ongoing support to front office, counterparty management, investment, trading and operations business partners

　　Act as day-to-day legal support for front office investment teams, client onboarding, counterparty management, investment, trading and operations business partners in conjunction with external counsel where relevant and with escalation to others in the team as required.
