Law firm located near Newport, RI is actively looking to hire a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to their firm. This direct hire role is fully in-office in the Greater Newport area.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in Immigration and Litigation and/or civil litigation, have Federal Court experience, and:

Client interaction

Drafting and filing documents

performing legal research

prepare and file immigration petitions
