　　Legal Administrative Assistant

　　This position is permanent, and the schedule will be Monday Thursday8:30 am to 5 pm and

　　Friday 8:30 am to 12 pm.

　　Pay will be \$15/hr depending on experience.

　　Job Duties

　　Assist attorneys to prepare for hearings, closings, trials etc.

　　Assist with preparation of legal arguments, motions, and draft pleadingsthat will be filed

　　in court, as well as obtain affidavits.

　　Manage all incoming calls and schedule appointments as needed.

　　Requirements

　　Highly organized and attentive to details.

　　Computer savvy and professional demeanor.

　　Previous law office experience is preferred. Prior work in related fieldor a combination of

　　administrative skills and relevant education will also be considered.

　　Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
