Job Description:

　　The Learning Partner will work in partnership with the College Director for the respective functions they support to crystallize skills opportunities using diagnostic techniques such as external research, data analysis, skills benchmarking surveys, workshops & interviews.

　　When skills gaps have been diagnosed, the Learning Partner will share insights with the College Director for their respective function(s) to align next steps. They will also share insights across Colleges to identify trends/synergies. Insights may also be shared with other teams across the P&O operating model.

　　When aligned, the Learning Partner will work closely with the functional experts & MGSL through the design, development, and deployment stages of learning solutions delivery.

　　What are we looking for?

　　4+ years of experience advising internal / external customersExperience in Talent, P&O, L&D, skills, or other competency-focused role strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, working closely with senior leadersProven track record leveraging diagnostic methodologies and frameworksExperience conducting root cause analysis and problem solvingExceptional ability to coordinate and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with competing priorities and perspectivesExperience working across geographies and culturesAbility to facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with various stakeholdersStrong understanding of leading talent practices and strategy elementsA strong stakeholder focus with action orientationExpertise in Associate skill building, learning, development and leadershipExperience as an HR Business partner or similar role with a strong business focus / acumen and value creation driven approach preferred Experience as consultant is a plus

　　Using quantitative and qualitative diagnosis methods to surface potential skill gaps impacting functional performance and talent pipeline readinessArticulate current and ideal performance based on input from business and senior stakeholders, learners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and external experts and thought leadersAssess barriers to ideal performance and specify learning needs and appropriate measures/KPIsAggregate and share skills Insights

　　Learning Solutions Delivery

　　Contracts functional/subject matter experts to partner in solutions creation & deliveryContracts resources, including budget, required for solution creation & deploymentRepresents business stakeholders during the end to end process of defining, designing, and deploying learning solutions.

　　Mars U Ecosystem Partnerships

　　Build a strong working relationship with the MGS Learning team that develops, deploys, and monitors learning solutions, addressing the defined learning needsChampion the learning agenda and the Mars U visionCollaborate with other Learning Partners to seek opportunities for efficienciesAs needed, consult with MGS Learning on execution strategy to ensure integrity of the initiatives
