  Il s'agit d'un poste à temps partiel - 3 jours par semaine/24 heures/semaine (du lundi au vendredi)

  Ce poste comprend les prestations de soins de santé et de soins dentaires, les congés payés et la participation au régime d'épargne-retraite.

  Représentant de la vente au détail

  Le représentant au détail est responsable de la vente, de la distribution et du marchandisage des produits Mars Wrigley dans les points de vente au détail (tous canaux confondus) sur un territoire désigné.

  En raison de la pandémie en cours, tous les associés de vente au détail seront équipés d'EPI (masques N-95, masques chirurgicaux et gants) pour chaque visite en magasin. Une formation obligatoire sur l'EPI et la conformité aux directives de santé et de sécurité sont requises.

  Diplôme d'études secondaires minimum.Bilingue (francais & anglais) est un atoutCapacité à soulever des produits (exigence de levage maximale de 50 livres).Capacité à conduire environ 100 km par jour tout en effectuant des appels de vente.Capacité à soutenir des mouvements répétés, ce qui comprend, sans s'y limiter, les mouvements à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la voiture, les mouvements de flexion, d'inclinaison, d'étirement, de poussée, de traction et d'agrippement.Expérience de la vente préférable.Capacité à obtenir un niveau de couverture d'assurance automobile tel que déterminé par l'entreprise.Possession d'un permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule.

  Votre responsabilités?

  Vendre et maintenir la distribution des produits assignés.Présenter les programmes de displays aux clients et proposer des commandes.Présenter et vendre des bulletins aux magasins.S'assurer que tous les produits énumérés sont entreposés et correctement affichés sur les tablettes avec les étiquettes de prix des magasins.Réapprovisionnement des présentoirs, y compris les présentoirs Mars Canada.

  This is a Part Time position - 3 days a week/ 24 hours/week (Monday-Friday)

  The Sales Representative's duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards.

  What are we looking for?

  Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of sales principles and customer service practicesPossession of valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.Ability to lift up to 40lbs, sit, stand, walk and kneel for long periods of time.Flexibility regarding remote work, include potential overnight stays in territories.Live within territory boundaries.

  What will be your key responsibilities?

  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product featuresFollow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basisMaintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areaRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsProcess POS (point of sale) purchasesTeam up with co-workers to ensure proper customer serviceBuild productive trust relationships with customersComply with inventory control proceduresSuggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)
