Technical Expertise
Have a good understanding of the hotel’s manning guide, grade table and benefits program.
Organize and implement the hotel’s recognition programs.
Have a good understanding of the motivational climate in the hotel and discuss with the General Manager pro-active improvement strategies.
Identify training needs and prepare the hotel’s monthly training plan.
Be aware of training and development material available on the market.
Plan and implement purchase of training & development material in accordance with the budget.
Maintain an open door policy and counsel individual employees when required.
Design and implement General Core and Management rehearsal programs.
Monitor departmental rehearsal activities.
10 Coordinate implementation of industrial release, apprenticeship, and management development programs.
Participate in the organization of employee social and sport activities.
Ensure the preparation of Training Activities such as the room, handout, participant list, equipment, etc.
Ensure the administration task in training department such as training record, departmental training plan, training report etc.
Manage the Employee Notice Board together with Asst. Personnel Manager.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum 1 year of experience on same role in resort property.
Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
